Singh Sabha

The Singh Sabha movement was a reform movement within the Sikh community that emerged in various cities in the Punjab in the early 1880s. It was especially prominent for the Sikh community in Lahore at the time. Many of the ideas articulated by leaders of the Singh Sabha movement led to a reorganization of the Sikh community, and shaped its modern practices and belief system.
